Judge Signs Stipulated Permanent Injunction
On the day of the scheduled evidentiary hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Permanent Injunction and for Motion for Contempt Against Ronnie  Moas, contrary to the posting of Mr. Moas, Mr. Moas signed off on a Stipulated Permanent Injunction Order that was signed by Honorable Judge Miguel M. de la O.

A copy of the signed order is attached. (Click Here to Download)

According to the terms of the order, Mr. Moas is precluded from any further cyberstalking of the named Plaintiffs.  In the event that he violates the injunction, Mr. Moas has agreed that he will be incarcerated and subject to sanctions.  The case will proceed as to the claims of tortious interference, intentional infliction of emotional distress and libel and the plaintiffs intend to proceed with their claims for significant money damages against Mr. Moas as well as the injunctive relief they have already agreed.  In recent days, Mr. Moas through his attorneys filed an answer to the complaint and a counterclaim.  The counterclaim is totally frivolous and counsel for the Plaintiffs intend to seek an early dismissal of his claims as well as seek sanctions pursuant to Section  57.105 of the Florida Rules for the filing of frivolous pleadings by Mr. Moas and his counsel.  Mr. Moas also filed a  declaration that is full of misstatements, inaccuracies and wild speculation by Mr. Moas.  The plaintiffs will seek to strike the declaration as it has no basis in law or fact, and is another attempt by Mr. Moas to libel and defame the Plaintiffs and their business venture, Arbitrade.
